Meet Laura

With over nearly 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist and creative arts therapist, Laura brings a relational, embodied approach to every space she holds. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship — and that the body holds wisdom our words haven't yet found.

As a Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP), board-certified dance/movement therapist, and licensed creative arts therapist, she integrates somatic awareness, creative expression, and interpersonal process into group therapy, clinical supervision, and community movement practice.

Embodied Expression Group

Authentic Movement Circle

Open

A small, intentional circle for exploring Authentic Movement — a practice of non-directed movement, inner listening, and compassionate witnessing. No dance experience necessary. This is not a therapy group, but a space for embodied exploration and community.

“I believe that we heal in the same way we were hurt — in relationship. Group work offers something no individual session can: the lived experience of being truly seen and held by others.”
